The concept of Mall of Istanbul consists of 7 hills and was designed by being inspired from the city of Istanbul itself. It is comprised of 4 residence blocks, 1 office block, 1 hotel block and a shopping center complex. The shopping center, where Sultanahmet, Taksim and Yıldız Park’s architectural details are revived, is providing with its visitors a commodious atmosphere via its wide halls which benefit from the daylight in maximum. All stores can be easily seen from each floor during a walk within the building.
Being located in the district of Basaksehir and on the TEM Highway which ties the continents Europe and Asia to each other on the European part of Istanbul, Mall of Istanbul can be easily accessed through public transport vehicles, metro and free ring-services for customers.

Mall of Istanbul was granted with international awards during its development process. It was chosen as “The Best Combined-Use Project”
and “The Best Shopping Center Development Project”
at 2011 Europe Real Estate Awards. Later, Mall of Istanbul won the “Future’s Projects High Achievement”
award at 2011 Global RLI Awards which was hold by the world’s leading magazine for retail and entertainment industry, Retail&Leisure. It then won the title of “The Best Shopping Center”
at 2015 Sign of the City Awards which designates the bests of the real estate industry. Additionally, by winning the “Europe’s Best Shopping Center” award in the ‘Extra Large Shopping Centers’ category through ICSC’s “International Shopping Center Council”, Mall of Istanbul proved its success within the international arena.
